Analysis of certificates from vocational training – key problems
The most problematic topics related to the analysis of the submitted vocational training certificates:
Document doubles (the same documents are provided multiple times).
No electronic signature (society’s lawyers have different opinions on the definition of electronic signature). We recommend the use of electronic / qualified signatures (not facsimile).
The submitted certificates relate to the year that is not subject to analysis.
No insurance group for a given topic (especially problematic in product training).
Training time given in minutes, various topics of training from various groups – problematic counting of time to a given group.
A correctly issued certificate should contain
After completing the vocational (“stationary”) training, the training entity shall issue a document confirming its completion, containing:
the date and place of issuing the document,
the date and place of the training,
name and surname and date of birth of the training participant,
the thematic scope of the training and its hourly number,
data of the entity organizing the training including his name and company and address,
Names and surnames of persons responsible for conducting or preparing training, their education and professional experience,
Name and signature of the person issuing the certificate.
In the case of e-learning trainings, the document confirming the completion of the training includes:
the date of issue of the document,
name and surname and date of birth of the training participant,
the thematic scope of the training and its hourly amount,
data of the entity organizing the training, including his name and surname & nbsp; or company and address
Names and surnames of people responsible for training preparation, their education and professional experience,
name and surname and Electronic signature * the person issuing the document.
* Electronic signature: Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing the Directive 1999/93/EC (OJ L 257, 28.8.2014, p. 73–114).
Art. 3 point 10 of the Regulation defines an electronic signature as “data in electronic form that are attached or logically related to other data in electronic form, and which are used by the signatory as a signature”.
In reference to the above-mentioned record, we recommend using an electronic / qualified signature, the correctness of which can also be checked in an electronic way, e.g. via Adobe, a signature / or in another system for electronic signatures.
Recommendations for a correctly issued certificate
Use a pattern that will allow you to easily verify the correctness of the document and further qualify it as meeting x hours for a given OFWCA:
![]()
tabular form
the insurance group to which the training relates
Training time – in hours (if in minutes, then also in hours)
Summary of hours within a given insurance group
Separate certificates for stationary training and e-learning or a separate column for the date and place of training
