Where did the idea for the eOFWCA come from?
The impulse to act on my own appeared during the next business trip that I made working in one of the significant insurance companies. A reflection came, followed by looking for a reasonable answer.
At that time, it was puzzling for me how much sales must be generated by the advisors I visited to make my trips and the work done profitable? that the costs incurred, such as paying for a hotel, fuel or a delegation, pay off. The fact of the lost benefits that I would generate for the benefit of the company cannot be ignored. My actual tasks and responsibilities were waiting for me in the office, on my desk. With the thought process started like this, I stayed for a while …
Working in the aforementioned company, almost every time during the implementation of the project, together with colleagues from the team, we encountered similar problems: accumulation of tasks, shortage of employees and time pressure. Everyone wanted a product that was often worked on as soon as possible and started to generate profits as soon as possible. However, before this happens, it is obligatory to go through the process: licensing of sellers, logistics committees, collecting documentation and the examiners themselves. Not easy tasks.
Further doubts and problems to be overcome. How to encourage people to take part in the exam on additional products, which are insurance ?! On the other hand, you need a competent and committed team that will efficiently conduct the entire process. We have always found the best people at home.
We were still struggling with difficulties, moving away from the goal in front of us. The implementation of some tasks seemed impossible, as a result of which they grew: anger, powerlessness, the time of product implementation increased and the arrears in the work of the company’s employees grew.
Eureka! The moment of glare has come. We can create a company that has a chance to be a huge support for insurance companies. For us, it is a chance to enjoy what we like and know how to do.
During all these adventures, we gained competences in response to the ills of insurance companies. Know how and knowledge in the field of servicing and supporting large insurance sales networks. A group of trusted and proven people, in addition, throughout Poland. The following months are work on quality, constructing an offer appropriate for the market and building relationships. The moment came when we could boast of full human and system resources that allow for efficient examination service, even several thousand people in a short time – in accordance with the art of law.
What has been an insurmountable problem so far has become our attribute, a distinguishing feature. and the effectiveness of implementation with maximum safety with a trademark.
