The Zakręcie Foundation officially starts its activity.
At the beginning of October this year. A Foundation in Zakręcie has been registered, which is to provide organizational support for people who want to work and gain new professional experience, and it has been difficult for them.
Its statutory goals are:
- Activation and professional mobilization of people from various social groups,
including people at risk of social exclusion, - activities supporting economic development, including the development of entrepreneurship and promoting economic activity in the society,
- activities for European integration and developing contacts
and cooperation between professional communities.
The Na Zakręcie Foundation wants to help in making important and right decisions allowing for a change in professional life. will be & nbsp; support in overcoming difficult moments in life, the so-called turns, as well as open new perspectives, showing that changes are not terrible. The Foundation intends to implement all this through training, tools of work on professional development in the HR sector, mentoring meetings and examples, success story of people who have made changes in their professional life.
We will direct our activity to people in the occupational exclusion groups. We see a big problem in the lack of preparation of young people who are undecided about their professional path. Similarly among the professionally burned out or the Silver generation. There are no systemic solutions and tools that allow the so-called Reflection. We focus on matching and developing competences. Regardless of age, position held so far or the industry in which a person has been moving so far. The experience so far has shown us that there is no organization on the insurance and financial market that would prepare people for work in a neutral way. It is, among other things, a space for the activity of our Foundation – Agnieszka Jakuczek, President of the Management Board of EofWca.pl, founder of the Na Zakręcie Foundation.
So far, the Na Zakręcie Foundation together with its founder, EOFWCA.pl has started the implementation of the #DlaUkraina project aimed at improving the existence of refugees from Ukraine in Poland. Adaptation and integration with the new realities of life are the beginning of building a stable everyday life.

The target groups of the Zakręcie Foundation are refugees / immigrants and groups of professionally excluded:
- Silver generation,
- women after maternity leave,
- professionally burned out,
- people who retire early,
- Young people who are faced with the dilemma of choosing their path.
Taking into account the fact that the people creating the Na Zakręcie Foundation have know-how, extensive experience in the financial and insurance industry, as well as the idea and people thanks to which they can implement it, it aims to create a new direction of talent management. The foundation’s motto is the maxim “In a herd more brightly” and approaches this project with such an attitude.
